I had something to do around Seoul University Station and after it's done, it was 18:30⏰. So I decided to have dinner outside with my friend, Logan. Suddenly, I wanted to eat grilled intesine. Honestly, I don't enjoy eating grilled intesine because it's not easy to find the restaurant that can satisfy my taste(I hate the fishy(cowy) taste).

When we eat this kind of Korean barbeque, there's one thing that we always order. It's soju and beer.
Originally, the intesine contains elastic fibers so its texture is tough.
My insights of Seouldaeipgu(Seoul National University Entrance)
When you get to Seouldaeipgu, there's no big difference comparing to other places with station๐ณ. In Korea, it's easy to find the restaurants with reasonable price when there's a University around because most of the districts are targetting students but this place was different. It seemed like it's just the town district. Anyway, since the Seoul National University is one of the top Universities in Korea, parents from countryside bring their children and take a picture to motivate them to study hard.

Honestly, my expectation was low with this restaurant because it wasn't crowded even at 7 o'clock but my fear was utterly groundless.
Side dish - Pickled Onion, Chili, Garlic, Paste for barbecue, chives, raw beef, sauce
Speaking of side dish, in Korea, you will often get various of side dishes in restaurants and you can always ask for more side dishes for free. So, if you like one of those, go ahead and feel free to ask for more. they would actually be happy that you enjoyed their food only if it's not too busy.

There are several ways of drinking soju n beer. I prefer drinking soju bomb to drink separately because most of the Korean beer is lager and it's better with soju.
Oh, by the way, in the picture above, you tap the table just little bit hard then chopstics fall apart and shot glass sink in the glass and BOOM, Soju bomb's ready to go!
You eat this Ramen with Kim stew as an epitizer. It takes about 15mins for the intestine to be served because they do the firing in advance.
This is how it's served. I ordered assorted grilled meat(intestine, cow heart, omasum).

Ingredients - assorted grilled beef, green onion, rice cake
As like other B.B.Q restaurants, it's you who's cooking. If you grill it too much, it gets chewy so cook it well.
After having the b.b.q, you can also order for fried rice. It tastes like pan-fried rice. The more you fry rice, the more crispy texture you get!!๐
