What do you do when you have left-over chickens at home?
Do you throw it away? or Do you keep it?
For me, I keep it in the frigde for the next day.
In Korea, many people eat chickens at home by delievery but the problem is that if you live by yourself, it's not easy to eat them all.😉
Then, what about using that as a ingredient for the next day?
Prep time : 5mins
Cooking time : 5mins
Ingredients : 1 bowl of rice, 2 onions, mayonnaise, fried chicken, 2 spoon of teriyaki sauce. 2 spoons of oil.
First, slice the onions. the thiner you slice it, you taste more crispiness of onions.
Fire up. Put 2 spoons of oil and wait till you it gets hot. Then put all the sliced onions. To get the chinese fried flavor, fry it with green onions.
Put the fried chicken as much as onions and fry it for a minute.
Decorate it with mayonnaise. You mix it well.
It's good to go. Enjoy your meal!💖
