Have you seen a black pig? In Jeju Island, people used to breed black pigs(흑돼지). Going back to 1970s in Korea, people in Jeju Island, bred black pigs in their backyard of their house. Do you know why? It was to dispose human's poop.😎
However, today, I'm going to introduce you Hanrasan Dosaegi(한라산 도새기). This is as same as other barbeque. The different thing is that it's pork out of the black pig. You might imagine the color of B.B.Q would be black but it's same as other pork. Yet, the taste is different. This time, I won't explain it due to the fact that you can tell this is much better when this goes to your mouth.

You have to know that there are two of these restaurant within 2mins and it's same one. The one on the front is the first one and the one at the back was opened 2 months ago.
When you take a close look at the pork, it's thicker than other Korean B.B.Q. So that's why they made cuts for the pork to be grilled even the inner part of pork.
B.B.Q in Jeju style, you deep the pork into the salted seafood. It might taste like stinky fish for the people who are not used to fermented fish.
Side dish : Pickled sesame leaves, Kimchi, Marinated welsh onion, Salad, Seasoned bean sprouts, Pickled onions, Ssamjang
When it's grilled, it looks like twisted bread stick, so they call this twisted B.B.Q.
While writing this and looking at the picture, I want to go again to eat it. They grill it for you so you don't have to worry about grilling it.
We asked for each one of side dishes. It was good!
