In general, Korean set table consists of rice, soup or stew, 1 to 9 side dishes and 1 to 2 main dishes. Once upon a time, when we had a class system, the number of side dishes were arranged according to the class. However, the time has changed. people eat their meal accordingly. There are some people who even eat western food instead of rice.
Anywise, today I'm going to introduce you how to make seasoned bean sprouts. Once you get used to make Korean side dishes, this dish would be one of the easiest one to make.
Prep time : 5 mins
Cook time : 5 mins
Ingredients : Bean Sprouts 50g, salt, garlic, sesame oil
1. Cleanse the Bean sprouts.
2. Put the bean sprouts in the pot and boil it.
3. When it's boiling, put off the fire right away because it's to blanch.
4. Shake out the bean sprouts then put it into the bowl. Then put 1t half spoon of salt.
7. Shake it, shake it, everybody!
